The Research Manager, Client Virtualization and IT Service Management is responsible for researching, writing and advising clients on current and emerging/next-generation IT and application management strategies and products. The Research Manager will be responsible for managing an existing client virtualization and IT service management research program. This includes serving as both thought leader and subject matter expect in the management domain and in delivering consulting expertise, customized research and technical white papers and presentations to external audiences.
