The IDC Human Resources team is seeking a highly organized team member to provide HR support to the organization.  The Human Resources Coordinator will provide critical support in various Human Resource areas including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, benefit administration, payroll, and reward and recognition.  The ideal candidate will be naturally precise in regards to detail and consistency, have the ability to handle many ongoing tasks and projects, and be able to work closely with team members, as well as work independently.

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

  • Completing written and verbal employment verifications
  • Tracking and making organizational chart changes
  • Coordinating enrollment for various benefit programs, and provide benefits backup support
  • Facilitating timesheet collection
  • Running monthly and quarterly reports
  • Updating the company intranet site 
  • Providing administrative support for the new hire process including creating, maintaining, and distributing new hire kits and entering employee data
  • Assisting with the termination process by creating separation letters and sending termination notifications
  • Providing administrative support for the Reward and Recognition Program, Performance Management Program, and Employee Survey process
  • Marketing HR Benefits and Programs, as well as IDC social and charitable event, such as coordinating quarterly blood drives and annual flu shot clinic
  • Managing the HR File Room, including filing of employee records and I-9 verifications, routing fax documents to appropriate HR members, and maintaining supplies
  • Supporting the compensation function in several projects including audits
  • Completing other duties as determined by manager


  • B.S. or B.A. degree required 
  • 1-2 years of prior work experience preferred 
  • Must be able to work in Framingham headquarters location; M - F, 9-5:30 pm 
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when responding to sensitive client questions and concerns
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Excel formulas, Microsoft Word mail merges, and PowerPoint skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
