Overview

IDC, the leader in tech market research, is seeking a Senior Client Services Representative (CSR), located in our San Mateo, CA office.  In this integral role, the right candidate will provide personalized customer service and support to the activities of Global Account Managers and a designated major account base.

Responsibilities

  • Strong client-facing skills, supporting the activities of a designated major account base and a team of Global Account Managers
  • Proactive pre-sale support of proposal generation
  • Post-sale support of client base including processing and booking of offer
  • Directing of research inquiries, and other activities that clients requests
  • Management and Account Manager support and reporting
  • Maintain client deliverables and reporting
  • Working with Finance and Credit on invoicing
  • IDC.com support

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's, Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of previous experience as a Customer Service Representative (or commensurate experience)
  • Must be proficient with computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, and able to learn new software and web-based systems
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
  • This position is based in IDC’s San Mateo, CA office location
