IDC is currently seeking a Contract Events Director for a 5-month assignment. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of corporate meeting and event planning experience.
This individual should be extremely self-motivated, driven, committed and a dedicated team player with the flexibility to manage many types of programs with different client personalities.
This individual will also have the ability to work independently on a variety of programs with a working knowledge of budgeting, contracting, planning and financial process.
The assignment is from October 15, 2018 to March 26, 2019.
Oct. 15 - Dec. 31: 22.5 hours per week
Jan. 1 – Mar. 26: 30 hours per week
The position is based in Framingham, MA, but the individual could work remotely part of the time, less so as the dates get closer.
The events take place in Santa Clara, CA on March 5, 2019 and in Boston on March 12, 2019.
The individual would be hired through IDC's contingent staff vendor, ZeroChaos, as a W2 employee.
