The Client Relationship Manager role is a key, competitive individual contributor managing IDC’s solutions and requiring a dynamic self-starter who is highly customer centric. The Client Relationship Manager will work with senior level executives at technology companies to proactively drive adoption and usage of IDC research and services. As a trusted business partner, you are focused on a positive client experience above all else. You will ultimately be responsible for engaging with customers post-sales, driving user adoption and satisfaction while ensuring high retention rates.
In addition, the Client Relationship Manager will emerge to being involved in product expertise, audience analysis, and working with various teams.
