IDC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join our Field Marketing & ABM team in North America. In this role, you will develop and execute targeted marketing programs that drive brand awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and deepen customer engagement.

This role may be 100% remote from an approved location within the United States. East Coast is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute field marketing and ABM strategies to support IDC’s business objectives and drive pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to align marketing initiatives with target accounts and business priorities.
  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, content marketing, webinars, and events.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing key insights and recommendations to optimize ROI.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and evolving ABM techniques to enhance IDC’s marketing strategy.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing and demand generation, ideally in the B2B technology sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage campaigns independently.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including email marketing, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools. Knowledge or use of Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense or Demandbase is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel if needed.

At IDC we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. We pay our employees equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience. Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $85,000 and $95,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
