IDC is seeking a highly strategic, execution-focused Chief of Staff to support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This critical role will act as a force multiplier for the CRO, ensuring alignment across Commercial functions, driving key initiatives, and enabling operational excellence within the revenue organization.
The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and operational rigor. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, integrator, and operator, helping translate the CRO's vision into actionable plans and ensuring flawless execution across the Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations functions.
This is a hybrid role located in metropolitan New York. To be able to support the CRO properly, this role requires the candidate to come into the NYC office 2-3 days a week.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $200,000 and $300,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
