IDC, the world’s leading technology market research firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources Department. This is an exciting opportunity to help bring on top talent to a growing organization! 

 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will have full-cycle recruitment responsibilities for assigned client groups within IDC. This includes supporting all internal and external recruitment efforts. The TAS will be accountable for developing the recruitment strategy, identifying and attracting appropriate top talent and managing the stakeholder experience throughout the selection and offer processes.

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process while creating a positive stakeholder experience (i.e., candidates, hiring teams, HRBPs).
  • Provide counsel and guidance to hiring teams regarding market trends including compensation, skills/competencies, target companies, etc.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving the hiring process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Direct involvement with TA projects whether they will lead or participate as a team member. Project could include system automation, process optimization, or tool generation.
  • Foster a collaborative recruiting team environment and strong service-oriented culture that drives timely delivery of new diverse talent to the organization.

Qualifications

 
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional recruitment experience coming from a corporate setting or an agency/executive search firm. Ideally, a combination of corporate and executive search experience would be preferred.
  • The successful candidate must have a talent advisor mentality and be able to appropriately influence hiring managers. Proven skills in sourcing and attracting top talent as well as the demonstrated ability to leverage data to influence strategy. 
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity, ability to be self-directed and work on a virtual team is required

At IDC, we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. We pay our employees equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience. Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $80,000 and $100,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
