Director, Process Transformation

International Data Corporation (IDC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Process Transformation who is responsible for collaborating with the VP, Transformation to drive strategic initiatives and transformational projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, optimizing business processes, and ensuring long-term sustainability and growth of the organization. The Director, Process Transformation plays an important role in driving operational excellence and robust continuous improvement to ensure the organization remains competitive and adaptable in a rapidly evolving business environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, business process re-engineering, and organizational change, with experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Partner with the VP to design and develop a process transformation strategy and roadmap; help design and drive the transformation agenda
• Assist with the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
• Oversee and/or lead process and continuous improvement projects, including the design, development and execution of workshops
• Expert facilitator in continuous improvement; creates an environment that leads to the identification of current state processes and baseline performance, brainstorming ideas for improvement and is ultimately able to work with participants to create recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Serve as a process owner; govern and drive continuous improvement of assigned processs
• Identify and leverage emerging technologies and innovation to enhance business processes, reduce costs, and improve customer experience
• Regularly report on the status and impact of initiatives to the executive team and stakeholders

• Demonstrated experience in delivering continuous improvement plans for large scale transformational initiatives (e.g., technology, organizational)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proven success where transformation initiatives are long lived/sustainable in the desired changes and impact 
• Certification in or practical experience with Lean/Six Sigma/Agile
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) may be beneficial
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $145,000. and $175,000. USD and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
