IDC's Stragetic Finance team is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support IDC Ops organization. This position plays an important role in helping guide the organization's deicison making with financial insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate forecasts and budgets, providing global business leads with detailed financial reporting and spend tracking detail.
  • Partner across functions to drive standardized reporting and data consistency across the board.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis on monthly and quarterly financial performance across all areas within the IDC ops organization.
  • Collaborate across teams to incorporate growth projections and expense considerations.
  • Partner with the team to identify top line and expense opportunities and risks.
  • Provide financial guidance for transformation activities and strategic initiatives across the IDC ops organization.
  • Establish and monitor key metrics to measure the health of the business.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

The candidate selected for this position will be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is
intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in learning. This person will also need to
be a self-motivated, high-energy individual who can easily function in a high demand,
performance-driven environment. He/she must be accustomed to working on multiple tasks
in parallel. This professional must demonstrate strong leadership skills, best demonstrated
by the individual’s ability to gain credibility with team members and senior management.


The successful candidate will:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of finance experience
- Be modest in nature, recognizing the accomplishments of the team before the individual
- Be highly motivated and possess vision and enthusiasm
- Understand how to deliver on short time frames and be committed to meeting deadlines
- Communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
- Be comfortable on his/her feet making presentations

At IDC US, we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. We pay our employees equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience. Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $150,000 and $160,000 USD and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
