We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Program Management to join the Office of the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This Director-level role will lead critical transformation initiatives across our Commercial organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will play a key role in driving change and operational excellence as we evolve our commercial

organization for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of high-priority transformation programs across the commercial organization (Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Customer Success).
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and CRO to align on goals, define project roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, timelines are met, and risks are proactively managed.
  • Coordinate with non-commercial roles as needed (e.g., IT, Enablement) to drive successful execution of initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain program governance, holding stakeholders accountable for project plans, and tracking key milestones, KPIs, and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels, providing clear updates, managing change impacts, and ensuring organizational readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 7 + yrs of experience in program management, change management, business operations, or transformation roles; commercial or GTM experience preferred.
  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and measure KPIs to track impact and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Proven ability to build executive-ready decks and communicate complex initiatives to C-level stakeholder audiences.
  • Ability to influence without authority, build trust with stakeholders, and drive alignment.
  • B2B SaaS or tech industry experience is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

At IDC US, we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. We pay our employees equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience. Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $180,000 - $190,000 USD and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
