IDC is expanding its highly successful events business into the U.S. market, and we're looking for a strategic, data-driven Audience Development Manager to lead the charge. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in B2B audience growth, list building, and event marketing --especially within the IT executive landscape.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for building and growing a qualified, opt-in audience database of IT decision-makers across top U.S. cities. Your work will directly support in-person and virtual custom events for clients and larger in-person regional CIO Summits in key cities as well as national virtual event webinars and programs. If you're passionate about data, digital engagement, building community and driving real business results through targeted outreach --this is your role.
Why This Role Matters
As IDC expands its U.S. event footprint, this role is pivotal in ensuring we meet (and exceed) sponsor expectations and deliver world-class events. You'll work in a collaborative, supportive environment that values autonomy, innovation, and results. No two days will be the same --if you're organized, data driven and have knowledge of the U.S. IT community, you'll thrive here.
