About the Role
As our Event Project Manager, US, you will serve as the primary client liaison for our clients (a.k.a. partners or sponsors) while also coordinating event logistics from concept to execution. To be successful in this role, you will manage main elements:
1. Partner Management - Managing client goals and contractual activations for all sponsored events in the U.S. events portfolio including in-person and virtual events.
2. Event Operations - Planning, scheduling, and executing all logistical elements to ensure seamless event delivery for clients and the event as a whole.
You'll work closely with our U.S. based Audience Development Manager and internal teams across marketing, content, operations, and sales.
This role can be located in an approved US based location working from a remote home office.
Partner Management
· Lead kickoff and ongoing calls with sponsors to align on goals and expectations
· Translate business objectives into activation strategies across digital and in-person events
· Collaborate with audience development to support sponsor-targeted attendee recruitment
· Coordinate executive dinners, roundtables, and curated networking experiences
· Manage sponsor involvement in speaking opportunities, panels, and brand activations at summits (in-person).
· Deliver high-touch customer service and build long-term sponsor relationships
· Track KPIs, gather post-event feedback, and report ROI metrics to sponsors
· Manage expectations and liaise with sales team to ensure client satisfaction.
Event Operations
· Manage onsite logistics including venue, floor plans, AV, client activations and event branding.
· Work with internal and external teams to coordinate agendas
· Prepare and maintain comprehensive event documents: event checklist, welcome packages, run-of-show, hotel checklists, supplier contracts, etc. within budget.
· Travel to summit events (approximately 4x a year, within the U.S.) and work directly with clients to greet them, ensure their lead app scanners are setup and coordinate 1:1 meetings.
· Handle post-event tasks: final stats, financial reconciliations and reporting, photos to clients, testimonials, and debrief calls.
· Ensure sponsor visibility and seamless coordination to create an excellent delegate and sponsor event experience
. 5+ years of experience in event management and/or project management, partner/client relations, or B2B sponsorship delivery
· Stellar verbal and written communication skills (English fluency required). Fluency in Spanish would be considered an asset, but not required.
· Charismatic, people-first approach; able to lead confidently and build trust with clients
· Project management mindset: organized, schedule-driven, and detail-obsessed
· Experience with CRM, event tools, MS Teams, Zoom, Monday.com and task tracking platforms
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with virtual teams
· Bonus: Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a strong asset but not required
· Bonus: Experience working in IT, B2B tech, or corporate events is highly valued

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total monthly compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $4,000 -$5,000 USD.
