We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to design, implement, and optimize programs that improve the productivity, effectiveness, and overall success of our sales team. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to develop training, resources, tools, and processes that empower sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Training & Onboarding: Create and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires, as well as ongoing skill development training for existing team members.
  • Content & Tools: Build, maintain, and optimize sales playbooks, pitch decks, case studies, and other enablement materials.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to ensure sales teams are equipped with the right messaging, positioning, and competitive insights.
  • Communication: Establish clear, consistent communication channels to keep sales teams informed of updates, resources, and best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and refine sales processes, recommending and implementing best practices for pipeline management and deal execution.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to roll up sleeves to take on key projects.

At IDC, we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. We pay our employees equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience. Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $89,000 - $99,000 and is inclusive of base salary and bonus.
