About the Role & Team
IDC is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This is a senior-level role that goes well beyond traditional administrative support. It requires a professional who can anticipate needs, manage complexity on a global scale, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, enabling the executive to focus on strategic leadership. This role requires a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness, with the ability to support an executive whose schedule extends beyond standard business hours. This role is an individual contributor and reports to the Chief Revenue Officer, based in the US. This is a fully remote position and standard work hours are those aligned to the West Coast (PT).

At IDC, we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. Employees are compensated equitably for their work, aligned with their skills and experience. Salary and incentive structures are determined through a rigorous process that considers experience, education, certifications, role-specific requirements, internal equity, and verified U.S. market data from an independent third-party partner.
The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $100,000 – $125,000, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
